Our trained and uniformed staff is dedicated to providing our clients the highest quality and efficient services for your outdoor maintenance needs, from parking lot sweeping to line striping to snow removal to lawn maintenance and power washing.
When you work with PMSI you get a partner that acts as your eyes and ears, alerting you of potential problems and taking corrective actions to prevent them.
Our objective is to provide the best possible outdoor grounds maintenance while allowing you – the owner or property manager – to manage the big picture.
PMSI provides service to hundreds of customers, including businesses, industrial facilities, medical complexes, municipalities and individuals throughout the Tri-State area. We have a full-time office staff Monday through Friday and 24-hour emergency assistance to provide you with immediate service. We also have two-way communication with all of our crews. Our full-time maintenance facility regularly updates and services all of our equipment.
All of our operators undergo extensive training prior to going out on a customer’s site. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a proud member of the Drug Free Workplace. PMSI is certified with the MSHA and we have implemented a current Comprehensive Mine Safety Program, permitting us to obtain a West Virginia Permit Number. ALL PMSI employees have completed Surface Mining Apprentice Training and are required to take yearly updated training

Sweeping
- In our third decade, PMSI serves a number of businesses, medical complexes, industrial facilities, and municipalities throughout the tri-state area
- We have a fleet of 10 sweepers – 4 air sweepers and 6 mechanical broom sweepers
- Our sweepers meet all EPA requirements
- We provide EPA sweeping for industrial facilities
Line Striping
- We offer complete layout and striping services, using the latest technology in painting equipment and paint.
- We offer competitive quotes from entire retail centers to small parking lots. There is no job too big or small.
Snow Removal
- We are the Tri-State area’s top snow removal provider
- We are equipped with an ample amount of plow and salt trucks, loaders/snow pushers, and sidewalk crews
- We have salt bins strategically placed throughout our service area
Lawn Care & Landscaping
- Employ full-time crews as well as part-time and contract crews
- Up-to-date equipment, including zero-turns, walk-behinds, various brush hogging equipment, skid loaders, and dump trucks
- Our customer base is in excess of 300 residential and commercial clients
- We offer residential and commercial Spring and Fall Clean-Up services
- We maintain clear zones around cell towers, drilling rigs, pipelines and belt lines
Pressure Washing
- Whether its steam cleaning your heavy equipment, concrete walkways and dumpster areas, or your drive-through pads, we are properly equipped to meet your needs
- Currently servicing various commercial, construction, and retail facilities in the tri-state area
- We have truck-mounted hot water machines with 1000-gallon water capacities
