Nikki’s journey to company leadership began in 2017 when she transitioned into a full-time role at Property Maintenance Service, Inc. Drawing on her background in marketing—and years of firsthand experience working alongside her father —she helped refine the company’s brand, expand service offerings, and strengthen its regional presence across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
